প্রসেনজিৎ অধিকারী।। কর্মস্থলের পরিবেশ এর উপর সাফল্য অনেকাংশে নির্ভর করে।একটা সুন্দর পরিবেশ একটা ভাল আউটপুট দেয়ার ক্ষেত্রে মূখ্য ,কেননা মন থেকে যদি কোন কিছু না আসে তাহলে শুধু পিঠ বাঁচাতে কিংবা হালালের জন্যই কাজ করা হয়।৯০% সিসি গুলোতে সেবাদানের প্রক্রিয়া এই অবস্থাতেই সীমাবদ্ধ।

কর্মস্থল এমন হবে যাতে করে  বোরিং বা অসহ্য মনে হবে না ,বরং মনে হবে আরো কিছুক্ষন থেকে যাই ,কিছু কাজ আরেকটু বেশি করে যাই।এতে করে আউট পুট অনেকগুন বেশি দেয়া সম্ভব ,কেননা তখন মন দিয়ে আনন্দের সহিত করা হবে।

তবে নিচের চিত্রের এই সিসির ডিজাইন আউটপুটের ক্ষেত্রে খুবই ভাল উদ্যোগ।এর জন্য উপরস্থ স্যারদের কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন করছি,যারা এই দিকটা খুব ভাল ভাবে ভেবেছেন।এমন সিসি হলে আশা করি কর্মীরা মন দিয়ে কাজ করে ভাল আউটপুট দিয়ে স্বাস্থ্য খাতকে সাফল্য মন্ডিত করবে...Be-Nazir Ahmed M Shamim Reza স্যার।
